Project - Prayce Hosting:New Hosting

If a new Hosting was booked, please follow this ToDo List.

Preperation

Customer Number

• Check if the customer was a new client or have already a booked service
• If it is a new customer create him in SevDesk to get the customer number
• If it is an existing customer go ahead to Point xyz

Booked Addons

• Check if some additinal Service Addons was booked

Plesk Configuration

• Check on which Plesk Server the customer should be installed
  • currently the following Server are available: Server Structure (we use david in this description)
• Create the Customer and Hosting in Plesk
  • https://david.melanin-business.com:8443/admin/customer/create
  • As E-Mail you must use support@melanin-business.com
  • Plesk Username is the customer number from SevDesk
  • Hosting Username is in the format "s<timestamp>" (you can get the current timestamp here)
  • Dont activate Lets Encrypt now

Billing

• Setup a recurring bill in SevDesk

Finishing

Contracts

• check if you have a signed Domain Service Contract
• check if you have a signed SEPA Bank Contract

Move Domain to the new Server
